朱婷,硕士生导师,于2014年1月在中国科学院大学获博士学位。主要研究方向为进化基因组学,以主要完成人参与了多项重要模式物种的基因组组装和比较进化研究,以及重要功能基因的挖掘鉴定和功能研究工作,在该领域积累了丰富的工作基础和技术经验。目前主要以最原始的脊椎动物——七鳃鳗为研究对象,利用基因组、转录组、调控组等多层次组学数据,开展比较功能基因组学和分子进化研究,重点研究基因(组)重复对其免疫系统创新的重要贡献,挖掘探讨七鳃鳗特有新基因的起源和功能进化机制。在PNAS、Molecular Ecology Resource、Molecular Phylogenetics & Evolution等杂志发表SCI论文多篇,并主持了1项国家自然科学基金项目,以及3项省部级项目。并深入教学一线,曾荣获第二十四届辽宁省教师教育教学信息化交流活动微课一等奖,辽宁省教育事业发展联盟首届高校青年教师教学能力大赛二等奖,辽宁师范大学第五届青年教师教学竞赛一等奖等。指导培养研究生已毕业3人,其中2人的毕业论文获评为辽宁师范大学优秀毕业论文;目前在读研究生6人,多人次荣获国家奖学金、学业奖学金等。
